BEa occupies a unique position fusing in house experience and mindset with a boutique agency offering. The diversity of our clients from well known brands to start ups means we’re across the worlds of luxury, art, fashion, tech, beauty, and hospitality. Drawing from this knowledge and experience allows BEa to create initiatives and content that elevates brands, creates desire and deliver for growth. The team, led by Nicole, includes PR and Marketing experts, digital strategists, CRM specialists, graphic designers, UX and UI designers, event producers and more.

Nicole is a digital expert and brand guru, obsessed with building strategies that hit commercial goals with quantifiable success while elevating and embracing the brand and consumer. She has extensive experience in launching and repositioning brands, sales and marketing strategy, and large scale digital transformations, breathing new life into organisations to empower growth and efficiency. Nicole brings the in-house perspective from her time at Coco Republic and BMW in Australia, and the University of Westminster and Ede & Ravenscroft in the UK.
